Well at least it is not like buying the crappy Thor game from Sega and you get a copy of The Almighty Thor movie and seeing Kevin Nash act. I would pay to not have to play or watch those two medias.
Who cares at this point. Last generation the PS2 sold over 140 millions compared to the 25 millions or so Xbox 1. The X360 did great regardless of the excuses people made of the one year head start. The Sega Saturn and Dreamcast were released before the PS1 and two respectively, and look where Sega is now. Competition could only lead to better things. The PSN would not be where it is today if the X360 and Live would have folded.
Day 1 For sure. Already standing in line in front of Best Buy.
Konami probably wouldn't allow him to do anything else other than MGS due to it being their only major cash cow now a days.
I missed the good old Konami with hits like Castlevania, Contra, and Gradius.
Now it is all about MGS, Silent Hill and a second rate yearly football game.
I don't think the full rgb can save the abysmal 12fps.
Man, What if Microsoft bought Kojima out on the stage of E3 next year after a preview of Rising, and show Snake in a trailer. That will be a bigger bomb than the Finanl Fantasy 13 one. N4G will explode into Kingdom Come if that were to happen.
Kojima, I begged you, put this on X360. Even if it has to be on 10 DVDs, I don't care. Me and my friends all bought a copy of your Metal Gear HD remake on X360, Xbox fans support you. Think of all the Benjamins you can make with a multiplat release.
I am saving my $30 to add to my Skyward Sword sale in a few days. I will wait till it is under $15 at gamefly before pulling the trigger. Too many games to play and just not good enough game to warrant my money or time right now.
To above: It is $30 for both versions if anyone is thinking of buying the game.
I only bought one game for PS3 this year in Uncharted 3. Also got Skyward Sword reserved for Wii.
1. Halo 4
2. Mass Effect 3
3. Grand Theft Auto V
4. Bioshock Infinite
5. Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor
6. Street Fighter vs Tekken
7. Far Cry 3
8. Max Payne 3
9. Borderlands 2
10. Darksiders II
On my radar
Last Guardian, Resident Evil Racoon City, The Witcher 2, Spec Ops: The Line, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, XCOM, Soul Calibur V, Tomb Raider
All I want is a Bushido Blade sequel, is that too much to ask from Square?
Here is my Top 10 X360 games I'd purchased this year. Orders is from left to right and top to bottom.
People, Uncharted did not sold 3.8 millions copies on day one to customers. The 3.8 millions were shipped to distributors. The distributors are the ones shipping copies to retailers based on orders. That is how Sony always operate when they said sold.
Here is my prediction for November
1. MW3
2. Skyrim
3. Assassin's Creed Revelation
4. HALO Anniversary
5. Zelda Skyward Sword
6. Battlefield 3
7. Uncharted 3 ...
I still remembered my first 5 games for the console. Halo, NFL Fever 2002 with Peyton Manning, Dead or Alive 3, Project Gotham Racing, Amped: Freestyle Snowboarding
That was the good ole dayz.
If this guy is smart, he will spend it all ASAP before Microsoft finds out.
How come this Donaldbeck guy is like the first one posting on every articles? Seriously, who is this guy?
DonaldBeck, do you sleep or play any games? You are on every X360 articles this month doing your usual stealth trolling.
That is like them telling me not to buy Lord of the Rings on Blu Ray because it is the same movie as the DVD versions. Well I buy it because:
1. I love the original Halo, even now
2. Better graphics and sounds, lead to a better experience and enjoyment.
3. It is not at a Full game price, it is at $40 so it is a no-brainer for me and all the Halo fans.
Kotaku is one of the worst site out there for gaming period.
Ok, whatever makes you happy. ;)
Hey the NBA players are out of work so they can't afford to pay $4 a gallon for their Ferrari. Give them a break in this economy.
